What are your fears?

Do you fear the idea of riding on a roller coaster?

Do you fear the tiniest bug crawling on you during your sleep?

Do you fear commitment?

Do you fear the idea of loving someone?

We have fears to challenge us, it's an objective that awaits for the day you will build the courage to 'demolish' it.

My question is why do people stride away from their fears?

Aren't you curious to see what you will discover from the fear you have been putting to the side for so long?

Honestly from experience, fears have made me develop as a person, self-discovering moments.

I have discovered what makes my heart ache, my stomach turn into a turn moil, my grin turn a little wider than usual etc etc.

Why are you stopping yourself from learning about yourself then?

Stop being oblivious to your self!

“And you? When will you begin that long journey into yourself?”

"Emancipate yourselves from mental slavery. None but ourselves can free our minds." - Bob Marley

Sometimes thoughts, questions, doubts that arise in your mind become much more significant in your everyday life.

This significance can last for one day or even various days.

The question is how do you manage to keep sane?

How do you stop it from becoming too overbearing that it interferes with your everyday tasks?

I still need to find an answer to this question since honestly it is hard to stop yourself from thinking too much sometimes. However you can't stop it and people need to face the fact that analyzing everything is just part of carrying "personhood" characteristics. It defines us as human beings and having self awareness. Therefore denial is not going to resolve the fact you pace yourself thinking over and over again so stop.

Stop.

Just remember no one will really help you from 'freeing' yourself. It all depends on you. Be your own savior.
